What makes a report useful
Identify the plan version, the displayed fact and the correction you believe is needed. Include a public primary source and explain which account phase or purchase date it applies to. You can also report a site issue without choosing a plan.
A report is a request for review. It does not directly edit a comparison or source ledger. The reviewer checks applicability, records a new dated observation where needed and preserves the historical version.
Private review, visible outcomes
Reports and correspondence are reviewed privately. A material correction can receive a public note with its source and affected version. Reporter details, raw reports and private account documents are not automatically published.
